Video by Maxiscoot: Southwest France, May 12th 2013. Motobecane and Peugeot mopeds 50cc Gr1 air cooled single variated 19mm carb vs scooter 50cc dual variated 19mm carb. Motorcycle 50cc 6 speed prototypes vs Mopeds 50cc Gr3 prototypes open carb size single variated. Pocket bikes 50cc. Scooters 70cc dual variated.

A seat pad and it's ready to compete June 1st. Chassis mods: Grimeca 3 star wheels. Battlax tubeless tires. Grimeca caliper with custom bracket aligned. Doppler 250mm disc. Grimeca Master cylinder. EBR fork thicker oil. Custom fork stabilizer. Tomahawk CNC 28mm clipons. Race seat, shocks and pegs 2 position adjustable.

Sandblasting, aluminum welding, machining, cases bolts relocated to clear the massive main transfer ports, 7mm cylinder studs relocated to match the minarelli bolt pattern, custom aluminum reed block tig welded, transfer ports JB welded, aircraft aluminum paint coating. The cases are NOT sealed yet. Next... machine the head combustion chamber, set the squish and port timing. Minarelli Airsal 50cc h2o cylinder, Piaggio Bidalot 50cc piston 12mm pin.

First quick mock-up with temporary welds for rear and front suspension measurements. What is it? A top tank moped, a scooter, a ruckus, a drag bike?... It's all in one, a super fast Minarelli horizontal scooter engine (Yamaha Zuma, MBK Nitro 50cc) on a Honda Hobbit moped frame with Peugeot TSA top tank, Aprilia RS scooter 13" wheels, satge 6 disc brake. Motor: 23 hp Malossi MHR 77cc h20 kit, Malossi crank 85mm, Stage 6 digital cdi, Dell’orto 28mm carb flat slide, Stage 6 R1400 exhaust, Malossi over range variator kit, Stage 6 clutch pulley, Stage 6 race gears. Ca va watter... wheelies all day!
Where did you guys find those wheels? I have been looking and the only info i can get is that they are from a 90′s peugeot.
